A privately owned and Canadian company, Golfour and its predecessor entities have been in operation for over six decades. Founded by Stanley Golvin in 1954 as a furniture retailing enterprise , the company has evolved into the diversified real estate development and property management business it is today.

 

Golfour manages close to a million square feet of commercial and industrial property throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are able to accommodate our tenants' growth in units ranging from a thousand square feet up to more than twenty-five thousand square feet. From independent enterprises to brand-name nationals and government offices, our properties appeal to a broad spectrum of tenants.

 

Our retail plazas as well as single-occupancy buildings are strategically situated on high traffic nodes. Our industrial buildings are well located and situated within easy reach of the "400 series" of highways.

 

Golfour also has a growing presence in the multi-unit residential market, currently with five complexes comprising a total of 280 units.

 

Whether retail, industrial, or residential, our mandate is to be responsive to the needs of our tenants.
